Sprint....

Ok now..i've been running 60 and hundred meters everyday now and i have been making successful results now:D

my new 60 meter record is 7,08 and 100 meter record is 10,45 :D
it's cool:P

and it sucks that i can't try to get to the European Championships in indoor Track and Field:S .
but it's ok,cause i'm trying to get to the indoor world championships.
and ye you know what goes on there:P

i really want to compete at leas one of the BIG event to get experience...

umm...
cause then i might run with Usain Bolt if i'm lucky,cause it's my dream..i know that i can't win,but it would be awesome to run with Usain Bolt:P:D
and talk to him and all:P

Georgia-Russia Conflict.

Well..actually in my opinion it's pretty stupid that what Russia is doing,they say that they're keeping peace in Georgia..what peace?...damn...i so want to answer my own question,but i am a little stupid..(laughs) ... well...the Russians have a pretty good imagination i'm telling you... :P

and that the other countries are sticking in their nose ...that just scares me..well..i know it's necessary...but they should do it quietly...cause when you take it like that then the Russians are like the "bully" and Georgia is like the "victim" and know how the bullies think,cause i have been a victim of a bully myself..anyway...if you go tell you will get more if you keep silence you will be left alone and if someone interfere you will be next now the Baltic States .. are interfering and so are the other countries...and i'm afraid .. cause the Russians could invade the Baltics next.

My suggestion would be to pull away to show the Russians that we have given up and don't care anymore,but actually wait for their next move so that we could take them down for real and put them to their place where they belong.

but that's only my opinion.
